Meat Pie (Meg)

1 pound ground hamburger meat
I can of biscuits (Grandes or really anything)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg

Brown meat (season with salt, pepper, etc.) on the stove.
Drain meat and mix in cream cheese.
In a seperate bowl, use a mixer to beat together cottage cheese and egg.
Add cottage cheese/egg mixture to meat/cream cheese mixture and stir together.
Press buscuits into a pie pan to make a crust.
Pour meat mixture over buscuits.
Top with mozzerella cheese. (Sliced tomatos are also an option for a little color but I don't like tomatos)

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I know this sounds crazy; I was skeptical the first time my aunt made it, but it is so good!
