Sticky Cinnamon Rolls (Christine)

1 package frozen rolls (Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Rolls)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 chopped nuts
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon

Melt 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar, and nuts and cook until caramelized (until the top layer looks frothy and is boiling). Pour into bottom of bundt cake pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Dip rolls individually into 4 tbsp melted butter then dip in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put into pan. Place in cold oven and let rise overnight. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Flip over and let gooey sauce run over the top of the rolls. Enjoy!

*If you aren't going to cook rolls for a few days (or weeks), place them in the freezer.

Meat Pie (Meg)

1 pound ground hamburger meat
I can of biscuits (Grandes or really anything)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg

Brown meat (season with salt, pepper, etc.) on the stove.
Drain meat and mix in cream cheese.
In a seperate bowl, use a mixer to beat together cottage cheese and egg.
Add cottage cheese/egg mixture to meat/cream cheese mixture and stir together.
Press buscuits into a pie pan to make a crust.
Pour meat mixture over buscuits.
Top with mozzerella cheese. (Sliced tomatos are also an option for a little color but I don't like tomatos)

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I know this sounds crazy; I was skeptical the first time my aunt made it, but it is so good!

Green Bean Bundles (Meg)

2 cans of whole green beans
1 clove crushed garlic
3 bacon slices
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and brown suger.
Stir in the garlic
Drain green beans and place in a baking dish.
Pour butter, brown sugar, garlic mixture on top.
Microwave bacon until pretty crisp.
Mix all together.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serves 4

They are called "bundles" because you are supposed to take a small handful and wrap with a slice of bacon (secure with a toothpick) but this is kind of a pain and they taste just as good in a small casserole dish.

This really easy vegatable dish that is always a favorite. As a side note, the last time I made it Cassie tried to put the whole thing in her pants and I had to start from scratch!

Crockpot BBQ chicken

This is the easiest thing I make, and its one of Bens favorites!!

-1 package of chicken drumsticks
-1 package of chicken breasts (I always use chicken on the bone....it taste better)
-1 bottle of Kraft hickory smoked bbq sauce or whichever kind you prefer
-1 1/2 cans of beans (pinto, ranch style....)
-Crockpot

-Layer half the bottle of bbq sauce on the bottom of the crockpot
-Place the chicken in the pot and set on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours
-After the chicken has cooked, pour the remaining bbq sauce in and let sit for 20 more minutes
-Serve!!

* You can also add a can of beans on the bottom to add flavor! Its so simple and sooooo good!

Slow Cooker Meatballs ( Liz Carter)

Meatballs--easy and so yummy!!

1 ground beef
1 1/4 cups italian seasoning bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 egg beaten
1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 16 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 14.5 ounce can tomato puree

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion and egg. Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs. ( Or depending on big or small you make them, just until the mixture is gone)

In a slow cooker, mix the spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato puree.

Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over pasta or mashed potaotes.
