Green Bean Bundles (Meg)

2 cans of whole green beans
1 clove crushed garlic
3 bacon slices
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and brown suger.
Stir in the garlic
Drain green beans and place in a baking dish.
Pour butter, brown sugar, garlic mixture on top.
Microwave bacon until pretty crisp.
Mix all together.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serves 4

They are called "bundles" because you are supposed to take a small handful and wrap with a slice of bacon (secure with a toothpick) but this is kind of a pain and they taste just as good in a small casserole dish.

This really easy vegatable dish that is always a favorite. As a side note, the last time I made it Cassie tried to put the whole thing in her pants and I had to start from scratch!
